Picked up the Benjamin Marauder .22 caliber pistol. This is the first PCP Air Gun. So I bought the Benjamin Traveler air compressor system. These aren’t cheap, but so far, it’s been working well. I also picked up the Benjamin 4500 PSI fill tank. So I use the compressor to fill the tank, then fill the pistol 3000 PSI tube. I went ahead and got the scuba tank fill hose for that as well. One of the cool thing about the Traveler is it can run on 120v A/C and or 12v D/C. It’s a little noisy when running, but it works really well.
I really like my Marauder, I installed the kit from Buck Rail, converting it over from a handgun into a handy carbine that looks and feels like an AR15. You get a much improved trigger, hand guard with M-loc slot’s. You can also add a sound moderator .25 caliber for .22 caliber, one size larger than you bore. You buy the kit, you will still need a couple of items, including a mil-spec buffer tube, a castle nut, a carbine adjustable butt stock, I got a Magpul one and replaced the grip in the kit with a Magpul plus, due to it being rubber coated. A set of high rail grabbing scope rings 1”, and I chose a Leupold 3x9x33 scope with an external AJO. You will need this for Cristal clarity in your sight picture. Focusing is critical for good accuracy. I put a M-loc Harris Short/Swiveling bipod on it, and a Inforce rail mounted light on the left side of the hand guard. So far the accuracy has been amazing. I get about 60 shots each time I fill the tube. I’m looking forward to shooting some competition matches at our air rifle club.
